Sarah, a native of Seattle USA, lives in Madrid and has been dedicated to the ELT industry in Spain for over 18 years. She has extensive experience as an EFL teacher, teacher trainer and academic manager, and for the last 10 years has served in senior management positions leading multi-million-euro educational service organizations on a national level. She specializes in leading business units in turnaround and realignment stages, creating the organizational structure and corresponding strategy to sustain situations of rapid growth.
Sarah is currently the director of King´s Training, a language services organization based in Madrid which opened in 1986 and is principally dedicated to large-scale in-company training programmes for clients such as Bank of Spain, Renfe and Ineco. King´s Training forms part of King’s Group which owns and operates a network of prestigious British international schools called King´s College with locations in Madrid, Murcia, Alicante, and Elche as well as in England, Panama, Latvia, and Germany.
