In this talk Borja will share his conclusions after having observed dozens of teachers in the classroom. He will highlight 10 practices that he considers essential and that he hasn’t seen as often as he would have liked. This talk is aimed at managers, directors of studies, teacher trainers and anyone working with teachers.

Borja Uruñuela is General Director at St. James in Seville. He has been working very closely with teachers for 25 years and one of his main responsibilities is to maintain the quality of teaching at St. James. Borja has an MBA and is a regular speaker at conferences in Spain. He’s also Head of Training for ACEIA.
