The Write Start: Guiding and Assessing Writing at A2 Key and B1 Preliminary
This presentation will start with different ways of motivating and helping students to write in English at A2/B1 level using a wide range of resources. Then, we will move on to offer practical ideas for developing students’ writing skills with a particular focus on how to approach the revised tasks in the A2 Key and B1 Preliminary exams. The presentation will finish with a more assessment-focused part in which we will see how writing assessment criteria can be applied in class to foster self-assessment
